Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

Local delivery
Ubud: Free same day GoJek delivery.
Canggu, Denpasar and Sanur: 90,000 IDR, with same day delivery between 12:00 and 20:00.
Uluwatu: 150,000 IDR, with same day delivery between 12:00 and 20:00.
Other destinations in Indonesia: Free post office delivery, usually 3 to 5 business days.

International shipping
Standard shipping: 150,000 IDR, usually 2 to 4 weeks.
Express shipping to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam: 450,000 IDR, usually 5 to 7 business days.
Express shipping to Europe, the UAE, China, Japan and South Korea: 650,000 IDR, usually 5 to 7 business days.
The United States and selected destinations only have express shipping available. Shipping is currently unavailable to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email after dispatch.

Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.

Returns and size exchanges
